If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Duplicate accounts are against the well known rules of The Network. While I don't necessarily totally agree with the rule, I think it's been made fairly obvious no-one should create more than one account.
As for Skorn, he really didn't have the permission to create another account, but he did anyway, which is probably one of the reasons some people still don't really aherm... shall I say, like the guy that much.
Sort of similar story with myself, since I also created double accounts in the past, which is a reason I'm also not seen as the best possible Dinker, to this day. Let me tell you, creating double accounts is one of the things in The Dink Network, that will never be completely forgiven.
