On a more serious note, you are describing "constipation", welovefudge:
drink hot water in large quantities;
eat prunes, fruit, prunes and prunes with prunes on top;
don't eat refined foods including white bread, cereal, chips, pies etc - basically avoid anything with fat, salt or flour in it;
go for a long, vigorous run;
listen to brown noise;
prepare for a torrential downpour;
never eat McDonalds again;
If you've been blocked for 3 or more days, see a doctor with all haste.
