Making unhelpful, rude, uninformed posts in another's thread or detracting from the normally intelligent and civilized discourse is considered thread shootting.
Thread sh!tting is also something on here I intensly dislike, its very irritating to open up the page and see heaps of new comments and sooo disapointing to see one troll has just started at the first and gone through them one by one adding useless uninteresting comments for the sake of merely making a comment - like 'I dont know about this but blah blah blah' - its like people who talk incessantly just to hear the sound of their own voice - sad sad sad.
