Let us save our effort and just lie down and die. 
1.) procure a usb stick
2.) download Avira antivirus, Spybot search and destroy, and Hijack this!
3.) update all programs on usb BEFORE plugging it into laptop.
4.) boot laptop in safe mode and run the programs
