Post limitations is a really stupid idea. It's good if the staff got to decide WHO can post only once in 12 hours. If someone desperately needs help, and one has an answer, it would be a crappy situation if you couldn't answer.
And like I said, ignoring will work on children, not on trolls. They'll only get excited that they have gotten us silenced. Because that's how trolls are.
