striker, i agree. the work my teachers give me is freaking ridiculous. thats why i mock them with things such as this (which, apparently, gets taken a little more seriously than i previously thought) i like to argue that instead of the death penalty, convicts should be sent to the moon, ray consella from field of dreams heard voices because he did drugs, and other such things. i dont think the teachers appreciate unique thinking, its like if you dont write what they want to hear, you get a bad grade. so whats the point? you might as well write something challenging that makes you think about the subject from a new perspective. you cant formulate your own oppinion, which takes a lot more learning and thinking than to just spit back what the teacher tries to convince you is the right thing to believe.

paul. there is no such thing as inflammatory or whatever in my book. words are meaningless. if you interpret something as inappropriate, who is the one with the dirty mind? think about that.
