I think we have enough staff because theyre doing what they should and working it out amongst themselves if one has some time off, none of them are doing a bad job so why try to oust anyone? This place used to be welcoming, helpful and friendly now a fair wack of what is posted is bad mouthing, digs and nasty comments (poorly cloaked as humor)although one plus is people still help when they ask which is great. I wouldnt want to be a new person looking on here right now, because when you first join a forum, how you are treated and spoken to will define how long you stay and how much of a contribution you make to the site.
I personally think anyone sitting on here 24 hours a day really needs to visit an addiction clinic and have it surgically removed, I mean wow - this is a game not a lifestyle surely? Constantly lurking doesn't earn you the right to try and force yourself into a staff position - nor does being toxic or just plain nasty to people and saying its a joke so you can continue to be that way. If you are the only one that thinks its funny, might be worth having it adjusted a bit whilst you are at the clinic for the other surgery
Guess the bottom line is it really doesnt matter - we have no choice in staff or how this place is run - its Redink1's site and he who pulls the purse strings gets to makes the choices. Arguing about it isnt going to change anything cause he seems to have a life outside this forum now too
And for me there is no issue that staff need changed, theyre doing a great job tho I hear the money makes it worth it heh heh (jk!)
