Intellectual property? Skull, how does using somebody else's character (Jack and Jill in our example) "ruin" it? As far as I can see CC2 is still there and intact. If you wish to see those characters as Sabretrout envisioned them go play that game instead. I don't see any harm in what Ex wishes to do.
