So you just need help with scripting? Team DMODs normally fail for obvious reasons (communication, seperate files, difference of opinion..), but if you just need help learning scripting, that's what we're here for.
In my early scripting years, I found it helpful to look at the original Dink scripts. If you need a script for crawling into a hole- crack open the editor, find one of the holes in the main game, and open its script. (remember if your Dink scripts are .d, you need to replace them with the .c versions in the Dink Smallwood\development\source.zip to be able to view them.
If you can't find a reference for the thing you want done, check the tutorials. Still lost? Just ask.
