Yeah they're taken in WDE by setting the screen gap to zero. And like any good PR screenshots, yes, they've been color enhanced 
Well it's not like people don't know how the real Dink graphics look anyway so it doesn't matter much xD The funny part is, Dink COULD handle these graphics if someone adjusted all of them like this. Could be cool.
