I will be surprised/disappointed if Skyrim doesn't have werewolves, with Solstheim basically feeling like a part of Skyrim and lycanthropes dating all the way back to Daggerfall.

Being a werewolf sucked balls in Bloodmoon, though, (they had fixed stats) while becoming one in Daggerfall pretty much made you into an unstoppable badass. Hopefully they also bring back wereboars. =)
