To have my account activated is as easy as create one e-mail account and never more checking it for new messages.
At this point, you have not cleared for what purpose you need my e-mail:
You do not need it for contact me, because you have never written to me, and I believe you will never contact me.
You do not use it to detect multiple accounts. I do not believe you can detect anything by that way.
Well, if you do not need to contact me, and I have not created a second account, then, why you not easyly erased the e-mail address that was not working.
You say that I must obey rules. You say that rules are for the purpose of avoid problems. I have not created problems. You have used a rule against me. I easyly have the option of fool you giving you an e-mail that I can never check.
Seem that what you did (account deactivation) is not resolving anything.
