If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Sounds like your computer is just running too much at once.
Restart it and try running DFArc again and it should run regularly. If not open the Task Manager using Ctrl+Alt+Del and check how many resources are in use, as well as looking for any processes that aren't needed.
Could be worse than you'd think if you're running an older computer.
