Sorry to agree but it really needs both her arms to be a bit thicker.
What makes you think that? Does it just look like the arms should be thicker or did you compare the arms to the size of other sprites and noticed that an arm shouldn't be that thin?
Does This look better then? I think she looks a bit beefy now.
I also kind of agree with Kyle but changing the size of the arms is probably something that is actually noticeable.
