Your CDs don't work because they are scratched. You have tried numerous methods of repairing the CDs, none of which have worked. Therefore your CDs are screwed unless you find another method of repairing them. This does not seem likely, as you have already listed every method I've ever heard of, including using a professional disc repairing service.

EDIT: Wait, is the Gamestop method you touched on the one when they use the Super-Magico-Disc-Fixo machine?
