What's the best way to clear them of scratches? Here is a list of things I have tried:
1-Windex/Cloth
2-Buffer/Polishing Compound
3-Tooth-Paste
4-Water/Soap
5-Game Stop Self Cleaners
None of these work and I keep getting stuck on the start up screens for PSX games and PS2 games suddenly freeze up at a certain place in the game.
