IF you want to believe that Zack lived, and the game says so, do as i did:
1.Get MAGICISO
2. Open up your Crisis Core iso with it(if it's cso, get PSP ISO Compreser 1.4 and decmpress it to ISO)
3. Get a movie of an alternate ending in which Zack lives(I found one on MegaUpload).
4. CHeck the movies to see which one is the ending one then note its name. Then rename the alternate ending to that name.
5. Extract the ISO and copy the alternate ending into the folder with movies, and replace. Then compress it to io using magiciso.
6. Play and wathcn an alternate ending
