If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It just means any magic that shoots out something, Fireball, Acid Rain, Hellfire, etc. There's no specific spell called "Missile Magic" in the game.
I think the walkthrough means that you need to shoot a fireball at the "posts" (magic poles or something like that? I really can't recall this part of the game.
