do you want the logical explanation or the fun but slightly paranoid one? you know what i'll do both.
Logical: it probably is an accidental graphic glitch due to shading.
Fun but slightly paranoid: the eyes are side effects of the observation magic done by several extremely gifted wizards like Martridge and Seth(the boss not Seth Robinson). they where observing to find other gifted ones that could cast the strongest and strongest of spells.
well i could go on about that and might do later but for now that'll suffice(i might use it as an intro of a fan-fic
