Anna comes from Hannah, hebrew or something like that, meaning mercy. Leena comes from Magdalena, "a woman from Magdala", and Maria means "a child that was hoped for" or a loved child or so on.
Then for the Kabalarians (they didn't even have Anna-Leena!):
