When I was about 12 years old I was really good at high jump. In fact, I was the best in my class, maybe the best among the other similar-year-old kids because I had practice it so much. Then, one day at school I raised the high jump bar much further up than I had jumped before. I guess I wanted to see if I was even better at it and wanted to brag to my friends that I could actually jump that high.
Well, it all looked very good until I was in the middle of the jump and REGRET THAT I TRIED, causing me to bend my arm backwards (I don't know why I did it, I guess I got freaked out) to ease the fall. Since my arm was leaning backwards and was like twisted in the jump the bone above my elbow snapped and I had to carry a cast for a few weeks.
I didn't continue high jumping after that.
