If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You're using WinDinkEdit, right? To do that, you go into Hardness mode, by pressing 'H', then you press 'E' to view the list of hardness tiles available to you, select one that's blue, press enter, I think, and press 'S' to stamp it on a tile.
