If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You can type that into the command prompt. But you're probably better off wielding the powers of dink v1.08.
Just fire up DFArc2, select your DMOD in the list to the left and play!
Also, you might consider trying my own tutorial, it covers about the same things that tut1.txt covers, but it uses more modern DMOD making tools. (Tut1.txt was written over a decade ago)
