I just watched episode 1 for a bit, but found the following things that need work:
* Feels too rip-offy from characters such as the Angry Video Game Nerd at times.
* Random swearing at inappropiate moments doesn't really work (ex. "whatever the duck you wanna call it" at the beginning).
* Video quality is low in several aspects; the audio has a lot of hissing, there's a constant HyperCam thing in the way, a lot of the screen is used towards irrelevant content (browser window). Try using a more free recording tool like CamStudio. Finally, once your video is done, do a bit of post-processing (tools like Avidemux can extract the audio track so you can then edit it in audio processing tools).
* Get a real NES ROM and emulator and record just the emulator window, nothing else. This also fixes these delays you sometimes get while playing.
* I'm not sure if you do this, but try to prepare a script before recording. Consider what things you could say when stuff happens in the game beforehand and make it sound convincing if necessary, also do some post-processing on the video to take the best parts if necessary. You call it a show, after all. This also means that you pick your game beforehand, not on-the-spot.
I'm going to watch more in-depth now and see if I can point out things that don't really work well or could use improvement.

* Don't self-proclaim "you're bad" at a game when you are, in fact, doing fairly well and not dying at least. It's more fun to act like you're bad at the game (or really BE bad), take out those excerpts of horrible playing and leave the viewer to judge you're bad by themselves.
- In addition to this, I think you can safely mock the game for not playing fair. You went through those blocks all the time in the first episode. But moderate it, hearing yet another AVGN imitator use exaggerated cuss-words would be... annoying.
* Really, you're proclaiming you're bad too much. It's plain annoying and not really funny. (Now at video 3.) Lines such as "Goombas are pohning me today" are mildly entertaining though. And moments such as 7:32.
