No, the fact that you only get hellfire after killing your past self (which is like 80% into the game), and you get MULTIHELLFIRE if you kill Jameil, indicates that you're not expected to kill Jameil until later in the game, at least AFTER you kill your past self. It doesn't make sense to kill a major boss so early on in the game anyway. Not to mention the fact that it's actually not possible unless you cheated and boosted your stats (or had way too much time to kill reloading your game at the Doohicky engine).
