The Dink Network

So I was at rehearsal for Hamlet tonight, the play I'm in at school (I play one of the actors in the acting troupe and therefore have like four lines + some shakespearean dialog thrown in for fun), and I almost threw up. Basically, the director REWROTE the play. Not only into "modern language" and to "match up with the movie", but he also like changed parts of it ENTIRELY. Example: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern no longer die because of Hamlet signing a death writ for them, but now because of a plane crash. A total freaking accident. I mean, come on, can you get any more idiotic?

The moron rewrote Shakespeare! You're not allowed to do that! It's against the rules of theater!

Anyways. yeah, i'm bored...
