For those who don't know what the topic discussion is about because you don't remember who Joon the bowman is, I'll give a recap below:
When Dink first enters KernSin and overhears the Cast Knights plan, they say that they sent "Joon the bowman" to the goblin sanctuary to speak to Mog, because Joon speaks their language well. It's obvious Joon never showed up at the goblin sanctuary and they are still waiting for him, since when you talk to the goblin guard at the sanctuary and ask him to let you in, he says that you can't come in because your not Joon the bowman.
