This news has just filled my heart with rainbows! 
GRAWR!! I have the Duck Whistle, and I'm at the Rain Machine, but how do I actually GET to the Rain Machine?! I can't do anything with the Whistle because as soon as I get six, it starts firing >_> Help me, please.
