I have put my current epic dmod Hells Gate on hold because I am waiting on some files from Mad Stalker and some of my mates from school. So I started the Of Life series to fill in my time.

Enough with the history, now to the present (and beyond )
The of life series is about Dinks child hood when he lived in a village north of Good Hearts kingdom. Of Life-Black Guild is the first in the series (duh) and is about Dink uncovering a gem that revives a cult called The Black Guild which is a brother organization to the cast.

Anyway I thought I'd do the trilogy kind of differently, by using the same general map with extra screens etc. With the scripting/story I though I'd start basic with a typical kill the boss style game (a surprising twist at the end of the trilogy). Then with the sequels get complicated. I'm kind of getting off track, the idea of the Of Life series is to try out some new stuff.

I don't think I'll be doing anything astonishingly new in Black Guild although I will try and fit in A LOT of secrets that all require different ways to get there. A few new spells, weapons etc.

Just keep in mind that Dink is a nobody when the original game starts, so it wouldn't make sense if Dink became a hero in his childhood...
