FIAT - nut in Tware stuck??

I'm trying to get the bow in Tware, I have the pie, enough gold and 4 nuts but the last nut (on the left near the water below the village) seems to be stuck in the tree! I've punched it from every possible angle but the blasted thing won't fall down. Bug, or is it me?

Oh - also, I have the minigame Ed the SCV 2. How do I play it? Do I have to complete FIAT first?
