I've been trying to use sp_clip_top/bottom/left/right to alter sprites, but I haven't been able to make it work consistently, even from sprites working with the same script. Sometimes I'm able to completely crop and uncrop a sprite - with other sprites it just vanishes and reappears. With the latter type it returns 0 for all the sp_clip settings, whereas the former will display numbers. Anyone know what might be causing these inconsistencies? I'm pretty stumped.

Panic over - turns out they only start with sp_clip numbers if you clip them in the editor, even if you unclip them afterwards. Easy enough to set up the numbers in the script.
