I have the fireball spell in the fourth story of SOB. I am looking for Mandrake's School of Magic in the forest but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?

I still can't seem to find it, I have been burning down all of the burnable trees that I can find, can anyone tell me around where in the forest it is? Thanks.

There is a single burnable tree surrounded by a ring of rocks - kinda stands out

Burn that and you will enter a cave. Talk to the apprentice wizard that zaps in and out as he practices translocation magic.
