I have been running around disguised as frogbot, but can't get past the blue door. The guards told me to get back at my post. I tried going back to Chtunik but he was taken prisoner.Tried the tunnel but there's vine blocking the way. The tree that talks says to speak to the Seductress of the Sea and to ask Skard because she knows the Seductress, but she won't appear to me and Skard is not talking to me either. What do i do? Please help.

Go to the area where the Water Spirit appeared and wait until Skard is by your side. Then talk to her. Even talking to her (on screens without monsters) she should recommend going to see the Water Spirit.

Other alternative is to get Skard killed, talk to Tree Spirit and follow directions... but then you don't have Skard.
