After I didn't get the riddle right the first time, now the answer riddle option does not come up anymore. I have a saved game that I can go back to, but is there another way? BTW, could someone give me a hint on the riddle? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem with the riddle option not returning, but the townspeople will give you the answer the the riddle.

after download patch and patching it to game. a new bug appears at the first screen like can't move north. sent you e-mail with more explanation.

Got your email, but I can't replicate new bug. Patch 0.97 only includes one file that affects the game - s3-soulm.d, plus a revised dmod.diz and readme.txt file. There is no way that this file impacts on the beginning.

I've played from the beginning and don't run into the bug your email mentioned - I can move north after Dink says "Let's Rock" without a problem. Do you spacebar through the dialogue at the beginning or not?

But maybe I should download the DMOD from the Network and use that to test so I'm playing exactly what everyone else is
