Dink.ini Rewrite 2

I should soon (mostly likely in under 24 hours). It includes the following improvements:

- Moved quite a few command lines to new categories that make more sense.
- Added new categories.
- Alphabetized categories.
- Renamed a few categories.
- Added in a few missing sprites.
- Used the Dinkedit.txt file from Ted's Tools and Toys to get a better idea of what the sprites are so that I could group them better.
- Removed a few incorrect unused slots (see Changes.log for full details). Quite possibly the same ones that were added in V1.1
- Added in a couple of missing unused slot (as yes they are correct I checked using Ted Shutes' Tools and Toys DinkEdit.txt.
- Added a test dmod.
- Added a set of html files that tells you what categoties the sprites are in (check in the Sprite Location folder).
- Added the Dink.ini file from skeleton_s.
- Changed the Readme file to a rtf file.
- Updated the Readme file.
- Removed the Credits file and added it’s contents to the end of this document.

I have only to finish the html files and it will be ready to be uploaded.

Once that has been done I will begin work on Treasury 1.1 and then finally move onto some new projects. At first these will be script sets much like Treasury, but for other areas of the game.

If you have any suggestions for these sets, or for Treasury 1.1, please post them here. It's also not to late to post suggestions for Dink.ini Rewrite 2.0 as I will check here for suggestions before posting it and if I find any worthwhile suggestions I will delay its release so I can incorporate them.

'Tis ready and emailed to redink1, as is Treasury 1.1.

Oh and my copy of Dink is playing up so i couldn't so the final testing of the test dmod for the rewrite so I couldn't include it. I will try to include it in a future version (2.1 hopefully).
