Help with Dinkerspal
Anyone knows how to use it? It seems like (I have read the Readme, I'm sure) it doesn't work...

It works, just not as intuitively as I'd like
But the user interface is pretty straight forward isn't it? Where exactly are you getting stuck?
First you "Obtain Standard Pallete" by simply clicking that button and loading a BMP that already has the pallete you want. Then, you "change colors in all files" by clicking that button and selecting all the BMPs you want to convert.
