does anyone know anything about asp.net or whatever it is? i made some page already with web matrix and it has like buttons and text boxes and stuff but if i upload the .aspx file online and open it none of that shows up just a normal html looking thing. (text but no other stuff)

asp.NET is a programming language just like PHP,
asp.NET give tasks to the server when your page is opening, I belive you have no use of it, if your not going to have a guestbook on your site and such!

uhm i already made the page. it is completed.

what i need help on is uploading it so that i can give someone a url and they can view it.

Well, you need a server that supperts asp.net.

If you send me youe files to my can I upload them at my host!

how do you know if it supports it or not

When you register or buys server space, then shall it be descripted in the package you buy, but I knopw my host supports it, I can add them to my site if you want, my mail is Glergo@gmail.com

Who said he wanted it on your host? (which would also result in more hits to your site, even if it was only through a Hosted by: link) If he wants a site, he just needs to make sure the server supports it and there's the site.

Edit: it does depend on how long you want the page to be up though
