i cant get win dink edit to work it says theres a file missing

What exactly does it say?

ok when i try to open windink edit it says there are two error messagesthe first ones says the file are link Mfc42.dll64-91 is missing and the second says there is an error and can not start the program

MFC42.DLL is a system file, and I would be greatly suprised if your system is missing it. Search your computer for it. If not there, download it from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc42 into your system32 folder inside the main WINDOWS folder. Try launching WinDinkedit again. If the same problem still occurs, or if it is in your WINDOWS folder, then it is out of my league.

it still gives the same message and it dont work

Install DirectX 9.

I have dx 9.0 b

and ive got no idea what the problem is

Then install DX 9.0 c?

Reinstalling it might replace that file.

mabye its one of those bugs microsoft put in things just to piss you off?

Try to copy the DLL into your Dink Editor directory, that sometimes works.

Don't do that. That would cause something called DLL Hell, a very, very bad thing.
