If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
MFC42.DLL is a system file, and I would be greatly suprised if your system is missing it. Search your computer for it. If not there, download it from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc42 into your system32 folder inside the main WINDOWS folder. Try launching WinDinkedit again. If the same problem still occurs, or if it is in your WINDOWS folder, then it is out of my league.
