The idea behind this website is that if everyone jumped and came down at the exact same time no matter where they live on Earth it would alter the orbit permanently. Whether it works or not...what an idea!

Seriously doubt it. The earth is round and if everyone were to jump at the same time the force would hit the earth in colliding circular directions and would cancel out. Granted, there are oceans and such, but generally speaking I would say it would do nothing.
