Ok! Now i downloaded the weapons pack and i want to put them on in the dinkedit for my D-mod!

I'm afraid not. It sounds like you expect to be able to just stick them in the right folder and have them show up in the game, ready for Dink's use somehow.
The real answer is a lot more complicated. Basically though, you take one of the weapon scripts from the orginal game and make a copy. item-sw1 for example, a plain sword. Now edit the "init" lines so they point at the graphics from one of the new weapons instead of the sword. Now make any other changes to new weapon, such as the strength bonus. Then you have to use the add_item command in the script of a store, box, or something to give Dink the weapon.
