From the words of your question, I believed you wanted to use the weapon in an existing game. Well, basically you can't. The weapon pack and most of the other packs are developing packages that allow dmod authors to use them in a new dmod.
If you DID ask how to write scripts to make them work, then you should look at other weapons' scripts and the scripts that included with the pack if there is any...
