I got a program where you can type in text and the voice speaks it out. ( Like the computer voice in Win XP) And I can save it in mp3 or wav. So, is there a program where I can add to the voice some nice beat. It should be really simple to add beat, not the complicated music software stuff. Thanks!

What is that prog called, i want it . You should just get some kind of tracker,like modplug or madtracker.

Use Sound Forge. Adobe Premiere also works for this (once you strip the video using TMPGEnc or something).
