KOTOR
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic arrived at my humble abode Friday. This far I've invested 25 hours into it, not counting the time lost due to me loading the game when I thought I had saved sooner than 30 minutes ago. I think there's at least another 5 hours left, I'm not sure. Some heavy plot stuff just arrived.
It is like one of the best games ever made... so much dialog, most of it well written and spoken, and a fair bit of humor as well. The combat system is D&D based, but it is real time is actually pretty engaging. It almost seems like some weird child of Deus Ex: Invisible War and the Fallout series.
So have any of your meatbags played it?

nope, but i am a huge star wars fan. if its not playstation 2 though, i dont have access.
Heh, that game is pretty cool!
Nothing quite compares with running into a room full of Sith, spinning your 2 lightsabers (One red, one purple) in a arc of lightshow-esque fury, before Force Choking the survivors, laughing all the while.
Some of the worlds are pretty crappy and boring though (the Wookie homeworld isn't the most entertaining place).
Best planet? Tatooine.
Best character? HK-47!! "Statement: You are a Meatbag. Conjecture: You are useless."

I'll have to get that someday. I'm currently involved in Gothic II, which is shaping up to be a fine game.

I'm guessing Jedi Sentinel with a single blue Light-Sabre. Of course, you are on the Light side.

I don't remember whether I was a Sentinel or the other one (Consular?), I think I was the 'judicial' one. I was on the Light side. I accidently got some Dark points for arguing with that dumb computer thing in Wookieville, though.
