Where's the whirlpool? I've killed the dragon, talked to all the townspeople (or listened to the people talk about it) and gone back and forth in the seas about a bazillion (at least five) times, but it's still not there! What do I do?

I think it had to do with your faith level, that you had to ahve a value over 60 and then it would appear. And normaally it would be (if you enter the sea, all the way to the left and one up, if I remember correctly)

Ah nevermind. Found it. But now I can't get inside the fortified area to talk to the wizard.

Try talking to Cthunik and to the Tree Spirit for help
