I broke the guys oars, now I am trying to find him some more. I already have the flute and no one helps, they just keep telling me to bring the flute to the queen, but I am not ready to end this one yet, I want to get the magic from the island. So where oh where are the oars?

One of the local shops will sell you a pair of oars.

I'm not sure you can get new oars if you already have the flute, as by now you've beaten the dragon and are so close to helping stop the Queen's insane decree about singing.
