The Dink Network

I've copied the freedink.exe in the dink main folder, and can use freedink to play the main game. But I want to play some DMODS with it too (mainly the new "echoes of the ancients" which won't work without it) Is there some way I can direct DFArc to use freedink for all the DMODs?
(I'm totally clueless about things like these!)

Yep, that's exactly how it works. Open DFArc, go to Edit -> Options, and in the field that says dink.exe, select freedink.exe instead.
