I've got this understood up until the final sentence.

Does anyone have a clue what "Female and male on female and female equals lesbian identified man!" means? Is it full of typos or is it the world's most complicated sentence?

lol that last sentence doesn't make much sense to me, but I think this person have an equation of gender-reasoning why he/she is a "male lesbian" at the end somehow. Or something.
