If i download the full version , will i get all the files in it or whether i will have to download the missing files again?

The full version has no missing files. There is a patch you can install to fix a few bugs if you wish though. Unless you mean d-mods. It includes "Mystery Island" but other d-mods are seperate downloads.
PS. Why do you put two spaces after every word? It looks weird. (Better than the CAPS though, thank you.)

I have my dmods in the dinksmallwood folder and they appear in the front end under mystery island just highlight one and click play.
