Not that knowing your gender makes a difference at all. If you want people to know though, you can go to the "account" tab and select "profile" then get a bunch of options. One of which is a choice of sex. You can also change your icon and background there if you'd like.

Hi Leprechaun, I'm not bothered about showing my sex, it was just that someone referred to me as 'he' I will be changing my picture though Thanks for your help.

For future reference, it may help by having a chosen gender displayed. Or adding something to your tagline, those are always interesting.
